For all regular sessions a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the session date. This ensures the date will be held exclusively for you and we don’t have to talk money on the day of your session.
For wedding packages, a 50% event retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due one (1) month before the date of the wedding. This ensures your wedding date will be held exclusively for you and we don’t have to talk money on your big day.

If you decide to cancel services with Alejandro Photography for whatever reason, the photography retainer is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs once booking is paid in full (less than 7 days prior to event), refund of remaining 50% of package will be at the discretion of Alejandro Photography. 50% retainer will be non-refundable.
Rescheduling of Event Date
If for whatever reason your event date needs to be rescheduled, Alejandro Photography will do everything possible to work with your new date at no extra charge. If new date conflicts with date already booked by another client, we apologize for the inconvenience but must honor bookings on a first come, first serve basis. If we are unable to re-book your event, due to conflict, retainer is non-refundable. Please note: weekend cancellations may result in a wait of 4 weeks or longer.
